  • Oh yes, I forgot Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's day. In a way I still do Valentine's Day- I buy a helium filled Valentine balloon for my husband. We let it float freely around until it doesn't float anymore. It lasts about a month and floats around the house, following drafts we didn't know we had.

  • I am looking at 60 scarecrows, one stuffed crow, and pumkins. thanksgiving I will add two pilgrams and a turkey. Christmas is a big, big. display, I just add ever year and it takes a month to set up, then I do Easter. I have bins in storage with this stuff. Next year I am adding veterens day, to honor the men in the family, and memorial day, to honor my cousin Clark who died of agent orange 20 years after Vietnam. Agent Orange is on his death certificate as cause of death, at least this is what his sisters told me. I believe them. As I write this I think I have it backwards. It should of been veterens day, and memorial day first.
