Anyone have heart-burn really bad towards the end of their pregnancy? Any advice??

  • I think that milk helps....other than that i would say malox

  • Yeah, I used to throw up from it. Use maalox but be careful, high amounts of calcium can cause problems elsewhere late in pregnancy. Just what my doc said, because I was good friends with tums and maalox.

  • I took tums everywhere I went, I even kept them by my bed bc when I would lay down it got even worse.

  • i just sip a small glass of milk if i get it. i try to prevent it by waiting a few hours to lay down after i eat. i try not to eat the things that i know give me heartburn too.

  • i drank lots of milk.. and ate tums like they were candy. i even kept a thing of tums in my purse so i could have them just incase.
