how many of you worried about having a false alarm? (labor)

im scared ill mess up the experience .....ftm did you think you were in labor and wasnt tell me your story or advice please

  • Well, I have not myself, but helped many through their experiences. Moms do wonder a bit prior to the Real Deal. It's normal!
    I think it helps to be well-informed (books, classes, etc.) and to have a good support team on-hand (SO, mom, birth doula) to help you figure it out.

    Even when you're an "expert" it can be hard to know... I was the opposite-- I was told it was time to leave and denied it. Then suddenly I agreed!! LOL. Baby came within the hour. ;-)
