Can you recommend a high-protein breakfast/snack bar?

I need a quick and easy way to get protein into my 13 year old son who is ADD.

  • Cliffs Bars are really good, and have alot of different flavors! Also the yougurt drinks are a pretty good source of protein!

  • Give him real food, instead: whole wheat tortilla, refried beans, brown rice, egg scrambled with salsa and spinach, a sprinkle of cheese.
