I am only 8 weeks and I am having a lot of lower back and hip pain. Is this normal? I have found different was to get compfy but the pain just comes back. Any ideas how to ease it up a bit?

  • i would get pillows and stuff them under my butt and behind my lower back while driving and at night i would get three pillow one semi behind my back to prop me up and one in front for balance and one in between my legs to straighten out my back... I was still having pain but it was way better then nothing :) i hope this helps you too

  • I always sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs. That seems to help some of my hip pain.
