how to get then nutrition i need especially since im breastfeeding

im not a vegetable eater.are there any pills that will give me the nutrition i need.i only eat brocolli from the chinese restaurant because its in garlic sauce but i know brocolli gives baby gas.i eat corn too and vegatable fried rice.but i wont sit there and eat spinach, and all that other stuff.what can i eat,drink etc?thanx for your help

  • Just make sure that there's a variety in your for the veggies, try V8 tastes like fruit juice but each serving gives you a serving of veggies and fruit...make sure that you are taking a vitamin and just balance your diet with all food groups.

  • Make sure you take a good vitamin/supplement! Are you sure you don't like any good vegetables? Try a variation of Veggies!! Things prepared Well can add neat Variety & taste Good! Try some good sqaush. Experiment Etc... Good Luck! How about Fruits? Eating Fruits on a empty stomach helps it go to work faster! Good Luck!!

  • You need to learn to eat a wide variety of healthy foods. You will live longer, be healthier, set a great example for your child, and have a healthier child. Here is one recipe; send me a message offlist for more.

    I serve this it over broccoli (and I make double the sauce).

    Pasta and Tofu with Finger-Licking Peanut Sauce
    1/2 cup low or no sodium vegetable broth
    1/4 cup chunky peanut butter (I use smooth)
    1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
    2 teaspoons chile paste with garlic (add to taste, it is pretty spicey)
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    8 ounces uncooked whole wheat angel hair
    1 pound firm tofu, drained and cubed (optional)
    1 cup (2-inch) sliced green onions
    1 cup shredded carrot

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring frequently (this can also be done in the microwave; use a tempered glass bowl, like pyrex, cook for 20 seconds, stir, repeat until smooth). Remove from heat. Cook pasta in boiling water 8 minutes, omitting salt and fat. Add tofu, onions, and carrot; drain. Place pasta mixture in a large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss gently.
