I have a great and easy Chicken recipe. I call it Chicken a la Queen,.
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of chicken broth
2 cups of frozen mixed veggies
Mix everything together and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
In the original recipe, you put the mixture in a pie crust for pot pie.
