just had a baby 3 weeks ago and im tryin to lose the baby fat lol im at 128 right now, any tips how to lose it?

  • what were you before you got prego and what is the weight that is healthy for you?

  • go for walks with your baby- get a lot of rest. 128 is not that much... also- by the time your kid is 2 the last 5-10 lbs of baby weight will melt off. Good luck.

  • i'm 37 weeks so i'm not quite where you are at, but from what i've read, breastfeeding helps alot with losing those lbs and also getting the right exercise. i would recommend that you don't push yourself too hard too fast. i plan on taking my baby for walks with one of my dogs as often as i can. i guess we'll see. i was 125 before i got prego and now i'm 139. i've always taken care and been fit so motivation is key for me it's just going to be difficult, i know that. good luck and God bless you new baby
