How do you know?

How do you know that you actually ovulate each month? I have found out that you can have a period without actually ovulating?? I am pretty regular each month so I was just wondering if anyone new the answer to this question. Thanks

  • Use an Ovulation Predictor Kit; they work fairly well and can be purchased at any drug store.

  • Read Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler...$15 on Amazon You will learn how to track your basal body temp, cervical position, and cervical mucous to determine when you are ovulating and when your period is coming...it's also a way to tell if you are pregnant long before it will register on a HPT
