interesting article. i wonder what possible confounding factors they considered. for instance, perhaps mothers who have genetically transmittable psychoses are more likely to drink and smoke during pregnancy, so it wouldn't be smoking-->psychosis but psychosis-->smoking and psychosis-->psychosis in children.
no i am not suggesting that smokers are psychotic, but psychotic people might be more likely to smoke. :)
and to those who say stop believing everything you read/hear, did you read the article, why don't you believe it? just because in your case it didn't come true, doesn't mean that there isn't an increased link. now if you have some critique of the methodology etc, lets hear it :)
