  • 1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat 350 degrees. Mix peanut butter and sugars together, then egg and baking soda. Roll into even balls on greased (I use wax paper) cookie sheet and make crisscrosses with fork. Bake for 10 minutes.

I just made these last night and they turned out SO GOOD!!! Best and easiest peanut butter cookie recipe I've ever come across.

  • 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg. Cook at 350 for 10-13 minutes. They won't seem done until they cool but they're super yummy, easy and chewy!

  • Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. smooth or chunky peanut butter or other nut butter
    2 Eggs
    1 T. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. Semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
In small bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat together margarine, peanut butter, eggs, water, and vanilla just until blended. Add flour mixture, beat until blended. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes. Stir chocolate pieces into batter. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with floured bottom of glass. Bake in 375 F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 2-3 dozen.
