How can I get my 9 month old to sleep through the night?

My daughter slept through the night since she was 2 months old. Now since she's started crawling she wakes up after her 830 bed time and wont go back to sleep till about 2a.m. Has this happened to anyone else?

  • She is probably going through a growth spurt and is hungry. It's a myth that all babies don't need night time feedings. Some can go all night without eating, but some are actually hungry.

  • You can't. She's still a baby and her sleeping patterns are not like an adult's yet.
