white wine recipe

does anyone have a really good recipe that uses white wine?

  • chicken or veal piccante and stuffed chicken. the chicken is stuffed with salomi and provolone cheese. ill give you the actual recipe if you msg me!

  • Eww I do... and it's so easy and one of my faves. Brown chicken in oil, saute onions and mushrooms in w/it then dump in the wine (the whole bottle). Season w/salt and pepper and any other herbs you really like. I know it sounds simple but I think you will be surprised at how it tastes like there is more to it than there is... Dry white wine tastes the best imo but I'm sure it will be good w/any kind.

  • It depends on the wine. Here is a recipe using Chardonnay:

    White Sangria
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 orange, sliced
    1 apple, sliced
    1 to 2 Chardonnay
    Sugar to taste
    Ice cubes
    Directions
    Place sliced lemon, orange and apple in large pitcher and pour wine over top. Stir in sugar to taste, and add plenty of ice cubes. Let chill at least 10 minutes, preferably 30, before serving.
