  • Usually you go into labor earlier by a few days but usually not weeks earlier.

  • How long was your last pregnancy? (spontaneous labor)
Are you healthy now/ have any habits like smoking?
    Are you working/stressed?

Sometimes babies come earlier than their older siblings, but that is definitely no rule!
You can do a search in (I think it was) the Pregnancy Group for a poll about this-- I can't remember exactly, but others have asked this, too.

  • I don't know the liklihood, but I didn't. My first baby came 17 days early. My 2nd I had a scheduled c-section 1 week before my due date and I never had one contraction. Just depends on you, the baby, and how your body works.
