This is a recipe for a dehydrator. I'm a big believer in "cold cooked" food because it keeps the enzymes in tact. However, you can make this in the oven.
Put your oven on the lowest setting. Most ovens will go down to 200 or 225. Bake the jerky for about 3 hours, depending on how thick you slice it. It should just crack then be gummy when you bend it.
