can crunches hurt you during 2nd month of pregnancy??

i have a work out class and i think im 2 months along but have to get a test??

  • Good question. I'd say no bc you were doing them before you got pregnant but I'd stop once you find out for sure. Then again missing one day shouldn't hurt.

  • While you are able to keep up with most workouts during pregnancy that your body was used to prepregnancy, you are not supposed to do any abdominal exercises.
