giggling a little over here. not sure of what you are asking. because....there is a squash variety called " spaghetti squash". and when you remove the spaghetti appearing meat inside of the gourd and cook it, it tastes like a butternut but retains it's spaghetti like texture.
so my answer is...you cannot make it. you have to basically find a spaghetti squash and cook it.
unless of course there is some crazy recipe out there called spaghetti squash made with a true butternut squash. if you have a farmer's market close by they may have a few, they are in season now. oh, and they don't look like a butternut squash on the outside.
