  • Not at all--I have the privilege of knowing some very profound teenagers! Maturity is very unique.

  • No. Most, but not all. My hsuband and I both are under 25. We both feel like we're much older than our peers and always have. We're homeowners, he's been promoted at work 4 times in 3 years and now runs his own store, we have a 17 month old daughter and i get to be a SAHM. We vote, we watch the news, we're awesome parents... we are definately more the "exception" than the "rule' though.

  • I know several people under 25 who are more mature than some people I know that are over 50.

  • Not all of them. I know and see a lot of moms on CM that are much other than 25 and they would fall into that category. It's not necessarily the age.

  • Age has nothing to do with it! There are plenty of immature and unintelligent people over the age of 25.

  • No.
I've met people over 25 who act more immature than a mother who's 16 and has a kid.
Like anon .59 said. There are always exceptions to the rule.

  • I wouldn't say unintelligent, but immature I would say the majority. I know I thought that I was mature at age 21, but now I look back and see how immature I actually was.  I would say around 24 and 25 is when one will start gaining maturity and actually getting into real life.
