contractions getting worse?

okay when you get your first contraction compared to your last is there any pain differnce between the two like is the first one way smaller pain then the last one?

  • o ya.....well i got an epi right before i was at an 8....but at that point they were a lot stronger, as they should be. contractions should get consistently stronger and occur more frequently when you're in labor. ( i also had back labor). Luckily if you feel like you're having a hard time there are medications, or relaxation techniques to help, depending on what type of birth you want to have.

  • USUALLY~ contractions become more frequent and more intense over time.
    In early labor they can be all wonky as they try to become established.
    But yes, it usually revvs up.
