Has anyone ever tried using Half and Half instead of milk in smoothies?

I thought maybe it would make it creamier and just better. Just wondering if anyone has tried doing it before?

  • You could do it but it sure pumps up the fat content. It would make them very dense. Half and half might leave a fatty residue. I personally wouldn't do it. Adding plain yogurt will help make smoothies really creamy.

  • That's a real boost to the fat content which causes the smoothie to be not such a healthy food. I would stick with milk and possibly add some yogurt.

  • I use neither. I use yogurt and a plant or animal milk, apple cider, or some other juice.
