baby number 3

so having baby number 3 about 6 weeks right now, and i want to stay in shape this time around.. what can I do??

  • you can do anything you did before
    I was doing crunches in the gym up until 18 weeks, when my belly started getting plump

    If you dont do normal exercise some great options would be:

    walking, Yoga, swimming, and stretching
