  • Here is a link to Nordstroms'  girls dresses they have a lot of Reallly pretty dresses. Even if you arfe like ma and can't really afford them, it still gives you an idea of what to look for; or try and look for them to have a sale. hth

  • A GREAT place to shop is David's Bridals! You can probably get a sweet junior bridesmaid dress there for a great price--it'll be formal but age appropriate--plus all of the accessories she'll need as well! Since everyone always looks for a bargain--here's a beautiful and simple dress from David's online outlet!

  • Fortunatly Christmas dresses are coming out now so a nice deep colored dress, black or navy or emerald or burgundy, but not Christmas red or a pastel. A rich color. And white tights and low patent leather shoes. If you have a Burlington Coat Factory store near you you're in luck. BEST place to find dress clothes for girls---and at 12 she can probably still wear girls sizes. Have fun!
(if you have time before your event and have a tight budget, Ebay is a great place for formal girls wear. )
