will working out affect my lactation?

I had my baby 2 months ago and just got a gym pass. I'm exclusively breast feeding on demand. I am afraid to work out though because i don't want to stop producing milk- If i do work out though, i want it to be enough to tone back up and look good. can i work out enough to start shaping my body back or will i lose my milk?

  • You can totally breastfeed and work out. I have never had a problem with my milk supply. So strap on those running shoes! :-)
