  • yes they will see him. They will send you a bill and you can get put on a payment plan. Good Luck and I hope he feels better.

  • They can also bill by your income and if you qualify may not even pay anything, so ask when you go in if you do.

  • yes they will see him.
Anything other than cough? How long it been going on?
Trouble breathing with the cogh? Fever?
I ask all this because if it is a cough and nothing else and hasnt been going on long, while it sucks they prob wont do anything, not really anything to be done.
Good luck. Hope your lil man feels better!

  • if you take him to a walk-in that is affiliated with the hospital near you a lot of times they will have a financial aid program...so make sure you ask! a lot of times they will wave the bill if you meet their income guidelines....if not they will usually do a payment plan...but they will not refuse to treat your son no matter what!

  • Call a doctor or hospital. They will most likely be able to direct you to a clinic. Unless it is serious and after hours there probably isn't a reason to take him to the hospital. Most places have clinics that will see people who can't afford a doctor.

  • Do you have a free clinic in your area. Or a health department.

Just because he is coughing does not mean he need to go to the doctor. Get a humidifire and some vics.

  • Yeah your local health department should have a clinic... have you applied for medicaid in his behalf? Just because the adult sin the house don't qualify doesn't mean the children won't. It a wonderful double standard available to help out our kids! My kids are on our states low income children insurance plan called Peachcare. While DH and I are without insurance. You local Health department should be able to help you with that as well!

  • Pain meds will not help a cough. Unless he has a fever too. A humidifier will help more.
