Why does my son sweat so much?

he will be 1 year old tomorrow...he's still a baby. it's not like he's runnin' around outside playing sports. usually when he gets up from a nap there is sweat on the sheets and his head is soaked!!
im not over dressing him because most of the time he goes to sleep in just his diaper. even when im cold, he's sweating!

  • Babies are naturally little heaters. I think it's like a bulit in defense mechanism. I wouldn't worry. My 9 month old falls asleep on me and wherever he's touching me is soaked.

  • my niece was like this, she grew out of it around 3 I believe. she would always just sweat, I hear it isn't abnormal.
