Question for those of you who have wireless internet

Is there a way that the company who provides your service can turn if off, or disable it, and not tell you? What I mean by this is, my bill was due at the end of September and I just paid it today. Ever since the end of the month, I have had connectivity issues with it. Today, it is fine. The company tells me everything is fine and it should be working- that I am not disconnected. Anyone else have this problem?

  • Restart your router and modem. I have wireless and that happens to me all the time. If it does not fix it you may need to replace your router. It could also be the modem they gave you. First do the restart. Make sure all the lights go off at the front of it. You may have to pull the battery to make sure it goes off. You have to restart the modem and router every now and then
