Do you know what you're getting your kids for Christmas?

How early do you plan? How early do you shop?

I buy things after Christmas if I find great deals. I just started planning out my three year old's Christmas and recently picked up an art easel and some toy kitchen accessories while at Ikea the other day.

  • I start planning in August, and I start shopping then as well. I will buy one gift every time I go grocery shopping. Then, in December, my husband gets a bonus and we do all the stocking stuffers and everything we may have forgotten.

  • My daughter will only be 4 months old at Christmas, so we're not getting her a whole lot. Probably some baby books and maybe some clothes for 9 months and that's about it.
