need help with dinner!!

I need some help with dinner! I'm trying to use up leftovers and the bit of food we have in our cabinets. So far I have a pasta dish which is pasta mixed with red beans, corn, broccoli, and cauliflour.

What can I use for a sauce or for flavoring for it? My DD is two and isn't extremely picky. Should I serve this as a hot dish or a cold dish?

  • Personally, I'd serve it cold tossed with salad dressing - that's the makings of a great pasta salad!

  • Maybe mix with cream of mushroom soup then put in a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese and bake until hot. My kids love things like that. GL
