Winter Without Snow?

"Mayor of Moscow promises to keep it from snowing. For just a few million dollars, the mayor's office will hire the Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital, forcing them to dump their snow outside the city."

Why aren't the global warming groups crying over this?

  • My thought on this isn't the fact he being completely loony promising this, but if me using tooth picks and paper plates for a picnic gets me reamed by the "Eco Friends" ...Why aren't they upset about this? I mean imagine the harm this would do on the weather, then my rare tooth pick usage! I just don't get it. You would think they would be all over this!

  • It is possible--China does it. They've manipulated the weather quite a bit....remember the days and weeks leading up to the Beijing Olympics?
