  • I love to make cheese dip. You just cut the velveeta into cubes melt it and mix with a can of Rotel. Sometimes I have to add a little milk to thin it a bit. Velveeta also has a website with more recipes on it.

  • Cut up 32 oz (normal size box). Mix with a can of evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed, big difference!). Microwave til melted, stirring occasionally. When it's good and hot and melted, stir in 1 raw cracked egg (the heat of the cheese will cook it) - stir long and hard! Then, chop up dried beef (may not be available everywhere...I'm Dutch and live in a big Dutch area so it's extremely popular here!) and mix into the cheese. Use it as a sandwich spread (open face, on a bun, whatever), or dip with crackers. Soooooo good!

  • I use velveeta in a spaghetti casserole recipe that my late Grandma used to make.

  • Chili Conquesto Dip

1-6lb can of Staggs Chili Con Carne without Beans
1 or 2 large onion, chopped
    1 large Velvetta cheese, chunked
2 or 3 lbs of ground beef or ground turkey

Place your Staggs Chili into a large sauce pan, add Velvetta cheese til melted then cook your ground beef/turkey with onion. Drain off all extra oil & place with Chili, mix throughly & serve with chips.

  • I have a recipe for ricotta that is amazing; send me a message offlist if you would like a copy. I can’t imagine why someone would want to replicate Velveeta.

  • Brown 1lb pork sausage, then place in crock pot (use a liner, it's so much easier!)
Add 1 can Chili-No Beans, 1 block Velveeta cubed, 1 jar salsa, medium or mild.
Stir frequently while melting then turn down to keep warm.
Serve with Scoops Tortilla chips. I never come home with any dip left.
