What is a recipe for Whole grain or multi-grain pasta or bread?

I picked up a bread maker and pasta maker from free syscle and now very excited.

  • Pasta dough is easy!

    Get a blend of whole-grain flours and put about 2 cups on your work board. Make a well and add 3 whole eggs. Begin beating the eggs into the flour with a fork until the dough starts to ball up. Knead it lightly and let it rest at least 15 minutes before shaping it in the pasta machine.

    If you are making gluten-free pasta, use equal parts gluten-free flour blend and fine meal rice bran.

  • Crunchy Whole Wheat Bread
    Prep: 15 min; Bake: About 4 1/2 hr
    Makes 1 1/2 pound Loaf, 12 slices

    1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
    3 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons stick margarine or butter,
    softened
    1 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

    1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in
    bread machine pan in order recommended by the
    manufacturer

    2. Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use
    Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread
    from pan and cool on wire rack
