Tylenol doesn't reduce the inflammation that is causing the pain. Brush your tooth, rinse with warm salt water and use MOTRIN/Ibuprofen. If you can get to the pharmacy get some cloves. I hear putting an aspirin directly on it will help but not sure about that. Call a dentist. There is always one who will call on a weekend to advise.
First go to a dentist..and if you can get any kind of pain killers from your ob or the dentist you can take percocets

I would go to the dentist and make sure its not absess. If your tooth is chipped then it could be a pinched nerve. Stop taking medicine if you can and place a warm compress on your jaw to maybe soothe the pain.
Im a dental assistant and first thing you need to do is see a dentist to make sure there isnt an infecton. Tylenol wont do anything you need Ibuprofen its an anti inflamatory and do not put heat on it that will only make the pain worse put a cold compress on it. I hope this helps toothaches are the worse.
