What can you take for a cold?

Im almost 25 weeks pregnant and am coughing and feel congested. I went to the doctor and she named off a couple things i could take but by the time i got home i had forgotten what she said. So if you know of anything i can take please let me know. Thanks

  • Cough drops and robitussin. I'm not sure what else. You could call a local pharmacy and they could tell you. GL

  • My doctors always told me I could take any Tylenol products. So when I got a cold during pregnancy I took Tylenol cold products.

  • Make a syrup with equal parts honey (anti-bacterial) and cayenne pepper (anti inflammatory).

    Drink lots of peppermint (a natural decongestant) tea.

    Sleep.
