Same day every month?

I figured out my LH surge was oct 13 @ 820am. Will my surge be the same cycle day every month?

  • If you have a cycle that is ALWAYS the same length, most likely yes. There are always exceptions.

  • If you have a very regular cycle, then the chances are good. But it is possible to have varying luteal phase lengths; mine range from 10-14 days, usually 12. It will be within a few days, so if you don't want to chart/test every cycle, then if you start trying a few days earlier, then you should be covered in case it happens a bit early.
