  • "Small World" is perfect for one year olds. There is also the Storybook boat ride which is nice and easy. The train that circles the park is fine, and you might get a kick out of the monorail. King Arthur's Carousel includes a bench that you can sit on with baby while your older child goes on a horse. And the Jungle Boat is fun.

Your five year old will also like Autopia and possibly the teacups. If he's not scared of the dark, there are a whole bunch or rides in Fantasyland, from Pinnocchio to Peter Pan.

The roller coasters, Star Tours and Indiana Jones may all be too scary...and that's if your older child is tall enough.

  • We stayed in Fantasyland a lot with kids that age. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride is kind of jerky and dark, as well as Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland. They didn't like those. The teacups are rather spinny.

They did love LOVE Dumbo, Casey Jr's RailRoad, and It's a Small World. Oh, also, they like the Carosel. They love Autopia over in Tomorrowland, but they will need to drive with a grown up.

In Frontierland, they can go on Mark Twain's riverboat, but it isn't always running. They can go on Tom Sawyer's raft over to the island, just watch them. The water is only like 2 feet deep, but still.

I know there is more but that's what I remember off the top of my head. Have fun!

  • we took our one yr old dd to disney with hubbys business (he won a contest), take an umbrella stroller or umbrella double stroller..we took our full size and it was horrible to get on and off of the bus and everything bc the had to be folded up....she enjoyed "its a small world after all" ride, and we did that quiet a few times......when my family went when i was about 5 or 6, we loved the tea cups, i think they had a dumbo ride,..and we liked this "ride" that was like a theater type of thing...it moved like a carasoul, but you would watch maniquen type figures....i'm not sure what the ride was called though....ooo, and we also liked the snow white ride....

is the parks rule just kinda if they can sit on ur lap then whatever? what personal rules did you have to abide by when you went with a lil one (1-2yo)
