  • I didn't have any teeth until after I was a year old. All babies are different and develop at different rates.
On a side note, it is generally believed that babies that teeth later, have better, healthier teeth as adults.

  • Don't stress, every child develops differently, this includes when they get their teeth. My oldest was over a year old before he got his first tooth!

  • Nothing. Its totally normal, take a chill pill lol.

My 9 month old got her first teeth 2 weeks ago. 4 teeth in 5 days. That was not a fun week.

  • It really will differ child to child. My oldest got his first tooth at 4 1/2 months and my youngest was about 8 months, my niece got her first tooth on her first birthday. There is a very wide range of normal for kids to get teeth, plus like another poster said it is believed that the later the teeth come the better your kids teeth will be.

  • Mine got his first tooth at 9 months old. At 16 months old, he only has five. My friend's little girl is only 3 weeks older than him and has almost all of her teeth.
