I'm 223 lbs... and want to lose 65 lbs and I want it to stay off. I am making it a lifestyle change not just a fad diet.
I'm using sparkpeople.com and I need to know what to set my goals at for carbs, fats and proteins. I set myt claories at 1500-1800 a day for now and will go down to just 1500. Anyones have any helpful hints?

I use it. You need to enter in all your information and it will set up your goals for you. I started out at 182 and I am down to 167
