egg substitute

My son is allergic to eggs and his school is making banana bread on friday. They have given me the recipe to make on my own and bring him in a piece and the recipe calls for 3 eggs. what can I use to replace the egg part of the recipe?
He is also allergic to dairy and peanuts.

  • Here you go. You could use all white flour if you don't have whole wheat.
