  • crunchy or smooth? Non-fat or skim milk? or Soy milk??

I think it was a nice light lunch. I'd add 12 grain bread and a veggie or two, but that's just where I'm transitioing to at this point in my eating habits.

  • OP

Smooth PB (not reduced sugar, and NEVER Jif - it sucks!)

2% milk (skim is like water - bleh!)

  • Sounds good to me, i can't eat it lol! I am on low sodium and low fat, so peanut butter is out for me. But if it were the simply Jif (which we use because it is low in sugar), and reduced fat milk, then it's a great lunch. Either way its better than, say, a burger and fries. I had about a cup of my homemade chicken noodle soup.
