night time potty help

So my dd has been potty trained for a couple months now. We automatically went to underwear for night and day. She has stayed dry all night for at least a year now. But just this week she has wet the bed twice. Should I be getting her up in the night to go, or just cut liquids off sooner at night? Thanks.

  • Limit liquids.

Also, have you had any life changes? Sometimes it's psychological.

  • I would try to cut back the liquids first. I always have my daughter brush her teeth and then potty every night before she gets into bed. Even if she says she doesn't have to go, I have her sit on there and usually some comes out. Maybe give that a try...good luck!
