How many moms use Pilates to tone up???

  • I do a 10-15 minute pilates routine 2 or 3 times a week after my cardio workout. It's great for cooling down after an intense workout session, and still helps tone while cooling down.

  • I haven't used it consistantly, as I have a horrible habit of not being able to form routine. Either way, I did it for a couple months with my mom and sister, and then before I became pregnant with my son. I absolutely love the way it makes me feel. Such a great stress reliever and helps the body in soo many great ways!!

  • I did but I had to combine it with Cardio to get the results I needed.
