If I cooked chicken @ 8 last night, and forgot to put it in the fridge, would it be ok to eat it for lunch today?

  • no no no no no no no no no!!!! unless your house was 33 degrees! being covered has nothing to do with bacteria growth!

  • Only if you want to chance getting sick! My hubby would probably eat it, but there's no way I would, and I for dang sure would not feed it to my kids!

  • No, even though it was thoroughly cooked it still sat out and collected extra bacteria. It wouldn't be healthy to eat it today.
