  • No saunas and no hot tubs when you're pregnant. Anything that raises your body temp past 102 can cause birth defects or miscarriage and the pregnancy is much more fragile now in the first half.

  • Yes it's bad if you're pregnant, for the same reasons a hot tub or hot bath (even a hot shower) are bad if you're pregnant. Keep working out, but skip the sauna.

  • if i remember correctly, sauna are not good during pregnancy, bc it raises your body temp up too high. i wouldn't do it.

  • Anything like that is not good. The baby cannot control its own body tem right now and relies on you. So if you get too hot then the little baby will get too hot. And I'm sure its much worse for them inside of everything.
