Healthy dinner tonight?

So I went to the Good Foods Co-op yesterday and got some Liquid Aminos to flavor some yummy kale and sauteed onions. But I am stuck with what meat to have. Hubby mentioned pork chops but I use so much EVOO to fry them after coating them with bread crumbs. I want something lighter but flavorful. Going to grocery store around 3.....what suggestions do you healthy ladies have????

  • Personally I am going to have some classic salmon with brown rice (cooked in vegetable broth instead of water so it tastes good) and a veggie that I have not picked out yet!

  • I am having pancakes from IHOP. I have a cold and sinus infection and I am craving pancakes for some reason.

    I didnt think id like it because I didt use oil to fry them but they seriously came out better then they do with the oil
