Does anyone know of a formula without 'high fructose corn syrup' ? Why do most formulas contain this garbage!

My son is 8 months old and was on Alimentum for months until his new doctor changed him to Similac's Sensitive formula. I have looked at a lot of the formulas and i come to find they all contain this ingredient.

Since we changed (a week on thursday) he developed a rash on his behind and bumps on his skin. They faded somewhat but what's the deal!
