  • Well, I'm sure they aren't "bad" for you. Water has 0 calories and no additives. What does your sparkling water beverage have?

  • Not much, lol! Um, it has sucralose and citric acid, but it doesn't say how much? Anywho. Well? I guess its not terrible then? lol! I just wanna drink water, but get something out of!

  • You're staying hydrated, but you'd be a whole lot better off drinking plain water.

  • Let me rephrase that. Drink just one small one a day if you have to, and make the rest plain old water. I let myself have half a Crystal Light if I have to have something flavored, but the rest of the time I drink water.

  • I drink sparkling water with no added sugar/sweeteners. It's better than soda! I like Crystal Geyser, Arrowhead, or Calistoga with fruit essences (like lime, lemon, orange, or raspberry). If I don't get that, I'll just drink a Pellegrino with lime. I don't like artificial sweeteners, so I'll just drink those brands.

  • As long as they don't have sugar or caffiene, you are getting hydrated. You can make your own with seltzer and a splash of fruit juice.
