Do children start school now when they're 4 or 5? I know if they're birthdays are after September then they have to wait a year, but what confuses me is do they start at 4 turning 5 or 5 turning 6? My oldest 2 have birthdays in Oct and Dec. My youngest will be born in January. So everytime I try and figure this out I get stuck on thinking that my middle (December) and youngest will be starting the same year? The year my youngest turns 4 (January) is the same year my middle will be 5 turning 6. So if my middle had to wait to start school the previous year because she was 4 turning 5, does that mean the youngest will wait also? Or would my middle have started the year she was 4 turning 5? It's really irrelevant right now but I just can't figure it out, I'm stupid I guess lol.
