  • With all meals we have veggies and fresh bread, and a mixed greens salad. For the main courses it's usually steak, fish, pork, pasta or chicken, in that order. I dont eat chicken if I can help it.

  • michiganmom116, I'm moving back to MI in three and a half years, and I'll be looking you up! Your food always sounds so yummy!

My meals are a little off right now because my hubby is deployed, so it's just my three year old and I.
Monday: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and veggies with ranch
Tuesday: Pizza and fruit (we have a very busy evening tonight.)
Wednesday: Goulash (pretty much spaghetti, but oven baked with macaroni noodles and extra cheese) with salad and fruit
    Thursday: Tortellini, salad
Friday: Chicken and noodles (chicken cooked in cream of chicken and cheddar cheese soup over egg noodles) with veggies
Saturday: Ground beef casserole (browned ground beef, tomato soup -- no water added, and canned green beans, mashed potatoes on top and cheese on the very top)
Sunday: Pork chops (cover with parm cheese, dipped in egg, then bread crumbs, cook in the skillet or bake in the oven) with baked potato and asparagus.

  • Sunday- Crockpot Lasagna with whole wheat noodles
Monday- Pannini sandwiches- ham, cheese, fresh spinach, press-grilled on my George Foreman style grill
Tuesday- I had my chili (the green chilis were MUCH hotter than anticipated, so kids couldn't eat it), Kids had apples dipped in peanut butter
    Wednesday- Cornflake crumb crusted chicken
Thursday- Soup (something I can drop into the crock pot because it's going to be a busy night)
Friday- Sandwiches or something we can eat in the van. It's our insane night, and my daughter has her TaeKwonDo class, then my son has his, we have a 30 minute break, and I have mine. We don't get home until after 7.
