  • It could go either way. Either playing around, or to be rude like naaaaa na na na na. I know its a weird explanation, but I don't know how else to put it.

  • LOL i do it to when me and hubby are in a little argument ( stick tongue out cuz i won) LOL

    or when i want something and he gives in i give him a lil tongue haha

  • That they're disrespectful, immature, and need to find a better way to express themselves. Sometimes it could mean that they're in a silly mood, but I don't like when someone does it to me with the intent of being rude.
