Ok I went to the hispanic market and asked for something and I guess I got the wrong thing what I brought home was Beef Short Ribs, ok what can I do with these? I have never gotten these before, I mean they smell great already marinated I just don't know what to do bake, fry or crock pot them. Please help I am cooking them tomorrow night for my out of town guests....
Short ribs do best with a long braising.They can be tough or fall off the bone tender.Great for the crock pot just google crock pot short ribs or short ribs.Rub with Italian seasoning ,use red wine and serve on top of polenta with broccoli
